All information collected from customers when signing up is used for billing and administration purposes only and will be kept confidential. Contact information collected will be name, address, telephone number and payment information will be credit or debit card. None of which will be passed onto third parties with one exception. Flexihostings requires that all account holders be 18 years of age or older. Children are not provided access to any Flexihostings services in which any personal data is collected beyond the collection of a visitor's IP address and session status.

If Flexihostings becomes aware that any child has accessed Flexihostings's non-publicly available web sites, the account through which the child has gained access will be terminated.
